1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or through our website booking system.
- If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the service, a cancellation fee may apply, up to the full service charge.
- No-shows will be charged the full fare.
2. Refund Policy
- If a cancellation is made within the allowed time (24 hours before service), you will be eligible for a full refund or a credit for future bookings.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after cancellation.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used during booking.

3. Changes to Bookings
- Changes to bookings (date, time, or service type) must be requested at least 24 hours before the service.
- We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability.
